What would be the best and easyest way to back this up.Its nothing special like vob ids, just a simply demux by PGC should do.
The thing is on each disc theres 3 episodes, but theres 7 pgc.
Now if i goto episode selection on the menu i will get ether pgc 1,2 or 3 depending on the episode, if i select play all on the menu i get pgc 4 which is about 2hours in length, if i goto scene select on the menu i get pgc 5,6 and 7.
1,2, and 3 are the exact same as 5,6 and 7. 4 is as i said down as being 2hours odd in length.
Oh and disc one is 6.97gb, and disc 2 is 6.12gb. The episodes seem to use a high bitrate as powerdvd shows it as always being around 6 and above.
Im thinking that theres only 3 espisodes on the disc just the ifo has all that stuff in to play in different orders, all though im guessing that.
So how would i back these up ??

There are differnt thread on this. Search for something with episodes and you'll find some usefull threads.
Basically it's a form of seamless branching. You'll have multiple PGCs that use the same video. Mostly it's only one vobid that's used, but it can be more.
Since it's seamless branching demuxing by PGC is out of the question.
for example see this thread: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=57927&highlight=episode

OK thanks i will do a search.
But this is how the disc is layed out after ive had a look at the ifo.
PGC1 -> Vodid 1 ->
PGC2 -> Vodid 2 -> Episode Selection Menu
PGC3 -> Vodid 3 ->
PGC4 -> Vobid 1,2,3 -> Play All
PGC5 -> Vobid 1 ->
PGC6 -> Vobid 2 -> Scene Selection
PGC7 -> Vobid 3 ->

Ok, you can do this with the big three if you want.
Demux by PGC, but only demux PGC1, 2 and 3.
Also do not check those PGCs in RA so that dummies will be created for them.
After importing your script, use the created tracks from pgc1, 2 and 3 to reacreate the other PGCS whicj have dummies (delete the dummies).
Need some more info on the cells etc to see if you can simply copy them. Maybe paste your PGC structure from ifo here.

In ifoedit you have this copy to clipboard button. It will paste everything though, so you'll have to do some editing.

Yes that's what I wanted.
Well at first sight this seems very easy.
Because PGC 5,6,7 are the same as 1,2 and 3. PGC 4 is the play all.
So what you can try is demuxing by PGC. Only demu 1,2 and 3.
Then after import your RA script in reauthorist. Delete the dummy files in PGC 4-7. Then for pgc4 just drag track 1,2, 3 in that order to pgc4. And for 5-7 also drag the corresponding tracks to them.
That should be all.
(other option is only extracting pgc4 and create this PGC in scenarist/use RA script delete any other PGC to only keep this PGC. Then after compiling use ifoupdate in adjusted cell mode. I would prefer the other method though)
