I've recompresed main movie with CCE.
Can I do something like that now? Run DVDShrink3 and by Re-author join my "new movie" and menu (from oryg. disc).

But you can of course compress the extras and menus using DVDShrink (keep the main movie at 100% but shrink the rest; adjust your total target size appropriately), reauthor the main movie that you've re-encoded using your authoring program of choice, and then merge the results together using IFOUpdate.
