Yes, install the CCE Premiere Plugin.

I did try with CCE SP 2.67 plugin, but the result video is just noise, unwatchable video.

There is a Frameserver plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro from http://www.debugmode.com/
It's still a BETA, but it works OK for me.
