Virtual VCR problem

I just installed Virtual VCR 2.6.2 and 2.6.9 on both of my machines, one with an ATI AIW 7500 and the other an ATI AIW 9000 Pro. In both cases I can only capture or display video composite (Input 1). Inputs 2 and 3 in the Tuner section are greyed out. No other capture programs have this problem. Any ideas?

Hi, I use 2.6.9 but I have no problems. Nothing is disabled here.
I have an All in Wonder 8500 DV.
