CCE optimised for 64 bit?

Does anyone know if there are any plans for a version of CCE which is optimised for 64 but (ie Hammers) anytime soon? Is there much of a speed gain to be had by optimising video applications for 64 bit in general?

Any links to articles about 64 bit in video applications would be welcome...

Off course they will update.
I really think it's a time question. Do you remember when P4 started to be sold? Well unoptimized software was slower than P3, while now P4 optimized software runs very fast, and every programmer tries to optimize its software for it.

Let's wait, I think that many many softwares will grow to 64 bit, when WinXP 64 will be relased ...
