Need more info.... what kind of movie are you working on?
Demuxed by PGC or VOBID?
Plain VTS's or is it seamless branching or multi-angle

This exact same thing is happening to me now, and it didn't used to be this way. The big three used to work like a charm, but now I get 6.4 gig muxed vobs from scenarist. I recently upgraded to windows XP from windows 2000, so my thinking is that some settings have been changed in my new installations of all of the various programs this process uses. Version-wise, I'm using CCE 2.5, scenarist 2.6, latest versions of the big three and BatchCCEWS.
I've had this happen twice (the only 2 movies I've attempted since upgrading to XP.) The movies were: disc 1 of "LOTR: two towers, fullscreen" (NTSC), and "A mighty wind" (NTSC). These were demuxed by PGC, and afaik, no seamless branching or multi-angles. LOTR in particular should have been pretty straightforward, since it's only the movie on that disc, no extras.
Something interesting: I have to use BatchCCEWS now. DoCCE4U doesn't work, because whenever it tries to do the 2nd part of the Roba method CCE gives me an error. For some reason BatchCCEWS doesn't give me the error. I'll run another job later and take some notes on what happens in case anyone is interested.
