Newbie question...and yes I have tried the Search :)

I am very new at backing up DVD disks and am trying DVD shrink out. I was reading the instructions in the guide, but saw nothing on this. The app is analyzing the DVD and I get error:

CdvdCSS: Read failed

The reason is : Copy Protection error - The read failed because the sector is encrypted.

What am I missing?

Right again. I don't know of anything you can't find on a google search. :D I really don't know how we as a internet society functioned before google. I sure hope they don't start charging for the service :( because I surely would pay.
