Seems weird to me...I only put hub labels anyway :)

It's probably just on clearance. New logo, I'd guess.

I called Allmediaoutlet last week about this. They said the logo top discs are not as desirable for those who want to place labels onto the media.
I thought about ordering from them but based on the comments on resellerratings.com and my previous good experience with Rima, I ordered from them. I just got a shipment from them 20 minutes ago. Got the silver top G04 for $1.50usd, less than what Allmedia is charging. Rima has so far been really good to deal with.

The disks do not have a ritek logo. Their is no mention of Ritek.
They do not seem to be as good as silver Ritek G03. I have had errors in i out of 5 in a 50 disk cake box.
The 4X Go4 disks may be the same. Ritek disks can`t all be uniform and the lower quality ones have to go somewhere.
Beware

PS; I just burned a 4X verbatim {CMC} at 8X with my new plextor in 7:10 with nero and then read the disk onto another Hard Drive with no problems. Plays back in a sony and dawoo with no problems.

i only tested 4x riteks (with logo), so no idea if 1x are the same. first, i bought a 25-pack to test those discs, then another 50-pack. my ritek experience after surface scans with "KProbe": just as good as the silver ones, but cheaper. i didn't have any troubles with allmediaoutlet after buying like 5 times over there. they deliver as expected (since i didn't have to deal with any returns or damaged products).
the only disadvantage with the logo for me: if you want to label your discs with a sharpie, legibility is certainly not great. that's why i am using labels printed on a brother p-touch PT2600. it is, of course, a different issue whether the solvent contained in the tapes would damage the dye or if additional minimal weight of those tapes would significantly increase the jitter of the discs. but so far, i don't have any problems.
