i use mkvmerge to encapsulation my avi and ssa sub�Cthat is finish well,but when i play the anime,i can't see the sub�Ii can see the vobsub ico,just not sub,why?who can help me ?

Use Zoomplayer, MPC, BSplayer or TCMP (http://corecoded.com) ...

Did you ensure that you are not using black subs over black background? This same has happened to me several times.
