Rewrite resolution in mpegheader

Hi,

maybe can anyone give my a programmname, which can rewrite the resolutionheader of an mpeg.
I have an mpeg, which has in header a resolution of 544x576, but the right resolution is 720x576.

The problem now is, that my TV will not display the right resolution.

It would be really great, if anyone give a tip to me.
