29,xxx damm frames :-(

i have got an svcd movie file which is encoded with 29,xxx frames
ntsc...so far, so good :-)...

which is the the best way to recode the movie with 25.00 frames?

I whish to add the movie to an DVD-R compilation with 2 other movies
with 25.00 frames.

may be it works with an other software software?

TempEnc DVD Author reject the file completely :-(,
but is there a way to force DVDLab to start a new
vob file for every movie?

While the last try it has merged the end of a 25 frame movie with the
beginning of the 29,xx frame to an 25 frame vob

Actually you want to convert NTSC material into PAL...
For me the easiest way(and in my opinion, the quality is very good) is Canopus Procoder...I currently use v.1.5.0.22
If you encode with Procoder, you'll have also the same duration, so the audio will be synched.
