docce and batchcce

i noticed that if you use docce the auto quality settings goto 25.yet in batchcce it is 15?what effect does this have and why do they select different quality settings?

I don't know why the setting is different in both programs but the lower you set this, the more bits will be allocated to complex parts of the movie so for movies with lots of action scenes this should be set lower.
