AC3 to MP3 (vbr)

Ok, I'm unable to find a free software who's able to do this WITHOUT creating a .wav file ( I mean a 1go file (for a movie))

So I wanted to know if anyone here know where I can find this OR is anyone here is able and want :rolleyes: to make one ... ?
