TMP Vs CCE

Hi all

I'm trying to convert some of my DV footage to DVD

If speed is not the issue, which Encoder produce better
MPEG 2 result from a DV AVI -> 4.7G DVD
(Video time either 60min or 90min)

CCE or TMPG

and what are some of the settings you guys would use? for either of the encoder?
