Fast Crop for already made divx?

Ok,i've encoded this divx anime movie using fied deinterlce(no blend),cause that's probably the only thing working with divx 5.1 and interlaced films.
NOw,if u mess with crop,u get s****y edges on top and low of the screen.

Question is: do u know a way to crop again the movie fast,without re-encoding it (probably using a filter in vdub)?
Or a way to de-interlace better the moviews with the new divx?

If you crop you will re-encode. Simply no way around that.
Use FFDSHow to crop and/or deinterlace during playback.

Dude check out my post i replyed to your last posting.. about trouble with you interlaced anime..(different topic)..

most anime (that was originally a movie--on film) doesn't need to be deinterlaced.. it makes ghosting.. dont deinterlace.. decimate it so that it is true to the film.. it takes longer.. but looks WAY better..
