It looks like there is a new version of FairUse out that now does xvid, Divx5, and also does the audio encoding now.

Haven't tried it out yet, just surprised there was no mention of it here.

There already exists a thread about FairUse 0.32.6 in General Discussion.

Please use the search button.

I see that, but I don't often check the General Discussion tab and wouldn't think to check there for info on FairUse. It fits in the Divx3/4 encoding section doesn't it?

I do use the search button when looking for things, I wouldn't think to search for info on a new version of FairUse because I would think it would be mentioned on the front page blurb, or in this section at least.

I thought others might also have missed the fact that there was an update and would be interested.

Take it easy. I didn't move it to this forum, because you can also encode to DivX5 and XviD with the newer versions :)
