Determine audio delay

Any ideas how to determine audio delay for a specific PGC? I see vobedit and dvd2avi return a delay for the entire VTS, but if you use DVD Decrypter to demux a PGC, you get a different delay. This is the delay I'd like to obtain preferrably through code or a CLI utility.

edit: to be more specific, where do I get the PTS time for each stream by reading the vob. I haven't found this at mpucoder's site and don't know where else to look.
