getting the LBA for a given file using win-ioctl

hi everyone.

does anyone happen to have a peice of code.
to return the LBA of a file contained on a dvd
using win-ioctl functions. i can do this with aspi
using udf functions. but i also need to be able to do
it using win-ioctl. can anyone help... ?
