How to make "slow motion" effect...
"slow motion"..I mean that to make a action to play slowly not at the normal speed..

Is it possible to write a script to make it..
PS..I don not know if it is suitable to ask this question here..

Use AssumeFPS.

It depends on your goals.

Here are some possibilities:

1. Just change the frame rate in the AVI header. AssumeFPS().

2. Duplicate frames.

3. Use a smart bob such as DGBob() and then set the frame rate
back to the original value. That will give a very smooth 50% slow motion.

4. Use MotionPerfect or equivalent to synthesize new frames.

5. Use blending to synthesize new frames. ConvertFPS().

Or use FrameDbl. It works in YV12, while ConvertFPS only eats YUY2, afaik.
