So who you gonna call?
Most DVDs would go to the Menu first. Can you say what the playing sequence is before and after you strip the FBI warning with IFOEdit?

When do you press your play button? When you insert your DVD or at the menu? Normally, commericial DVDs are authored to have your main menu show before the movies. Of course, they put alot of crap before your menu pops up , like trailers. But, it's rare that your movie will play immediately.
There's a work around if you want your backup to do that. You would have to put a command to jump to your movie's Title in your VIDEO_TS.IFO / VMGM_MAT / First Play PGC / PGC Command Table.

the menu is coming first
it's only the problem with the play button in the menu
if i go the way over scene selection is all right
only if i press the play button in the menu it comes
the roaring lion part which is in video_ts.vob and
then it go back to the menu but i want that it will
play the movie
thx for answering

You could treat this "play button in the menu" with VOBedit;
find the PGC number of your movie and replace the one from
your button with it, but if itīs a motion menu, then it would
be easier to do it with MenuEdit, which costs money.

Well, regarding MenuEdit, you could expect some kind of customer
support from the author, when you paid for it.
In each case, you need the "full path" of your movie-PGC, this means
also the VTS- and Title-number, depending on where your menu resides.
(I forgot this in my first post.) Then you should modify your button
command according to this, like "jump to VTS 1, Title 1, PGC 10", I
donīt know the exact syntax for MenuEdit because I donīt have it.
BUT, there is also a workaround for this, using IFOedit:
You go to your roaring lionīs PGC, in itīs command table, and there you
add a pre-command with a jump to your movie-PGC (or a post-command,
if you like the MGM-lion ;) ), using the full path to your movie.

You can find the answer to most of your questions on my website,
("www"- button below, I run it in both languages), and after you
checked it, then we can continue with the rest.

GPRMs seem to be the "Area 51" of DVD-authoring, officially you should
pay 5000 US$ to the DVD-consortium and sign a non-disclosure-agreement
to get a copy of the DVD-specifications (ainīt it funny?).
I plan to put more stuff about GPRMs on my website, but it would take
some time, so hereīs some "first-aid":
Set GPreg<13> add (set-val)<1> [73 00 00 0d 00 01 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<14> sub (set-val)<2> [74 00 00 0e 00 02 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<10> mul (set-val)<1024> [75 00 00 0a 04 00 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<11> div (set-val)<1024> [76 00 00 0b 04 00 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<9> mov (set-val)<255> [71 00 00 09 00 ff 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<13> mov GPreg<15> [61 00 00 0d 00 0f 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<14> mov SPreg(HL_BTNN) [61 00 00 0e 00 88 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<5> rnd (set-val)<9> [78 00 00 05 00 09 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<12> and (set-val)<65527> [79 00 00 0c ff f7 00 00 ]
Set GPreg<12> or (set-val)<8> [7a 00 00 0c 00 08 00 00 ]
You can allways ask questions here, only thing is that Iīm not
online every day, but maybe someone else answers before me.

Someone must be stripping your web page hot link. Don't see it in any of your posts. Can you spell it out in your next post?
thx.
