ISO/UDF Filesystem question

Not too long ago, I was attempting to burn an image that I had generated. The burn would go fine, but then when I tried to play the disc in my standalone, nothing would happen, it would just spin and spin and spin. So then, I put the disc back into my computer, and noticed when I ran DVDDecrypter on the disc, a message came up, something like:

Inconsistencies between UDF and ISO9660 filesystems exist, using ISO9660.

So, figuring I had made an error in the original generation of the image, I redid the process. Reripped the original files and encoded using DVDShrink, then generated an image with Imgtool_089. Burnt again, and the SAME thing happened.

So my question is, what does this message have to do with everything, is there anything I can do to correct such a problem, and is there anyway that in the future DVDDecrypter can check in the image file for this program and perhaps correct it?

Basically there is some issue with the version of ImgTool you're using whereby it creates the two filesystems but one points to a file at say sector 248, and the other points to the same file at sector 249. They can't both be correct so DVD Decrypter will read each sector and see which one is correct. In your case, the ISO9660 filesystem was.

All you can do is recreate the image using ImgTool Classic or perhaps the image building tool in DVDMaestro or CloneDVD.

Mounting the ISO in DAEMON Tools first and testing it would have saved you a disc or two. :)

So ImgTool 0_90 and above fixes this? I guess I'll try that until I can drag my VIDEO_TS folder onto DVDDecrypter ;)

Well I guess it would?! It must be a problem with the dll Coujo is using in the 0.89 version to do the image building - its not actually 'his' programs fault.
