View Full Version : Need help converting 16:9 to 4:3

Hello All, I'm having a hard time trying to sort this out. I've checked at http://www.avisynth.org on Letterbox and Crop but not really sure if they will help. All I want to do is convert the 16:9 NTSC version of 007-Die another day to full screen, keeping the aspect ratio. When I preview the video in DVD2SVCD using the Autodetect borders script I get Crop(2,60,716,356) so I tried to modify the Crop line to 60,60,660,356, but bombed out with a script error. Can someone give me a hand and maybe a quick guide.

I'm not at work right now but it was something like "Can't use Crop while upsizing ..." that makes me think... if I have DVD2SVCD set to resize as SVCD and I'm trying to crop to 716,356 ..DOH ! I'll have to find the correct numbers for SVCD.
