Anime Encode

I'm encoding anime via this method, however I think there's room for improvement. Please give suggestions to improve quality on my encodes. thanks

DVD2AVI > VDUB (filters are 2DCleaner & Wrap Sharp) > CCE > bbMPEG

my avs scripts looks like the following:
