I was trying to create VCD with KVCD template and using encoder TMPGenc on encoder tab. During process encoder insist on creating file with 23.97fps instead of 29.97. Is there any way to change it and perform pulldown the same way as it is done with CCE or correct template that is loaded into TMPGenc ?
Also, I would like to create SVCD with VCD header trick and encoding with CCE. When you select options for creating SVCD bbMPEG tab options are limited and you cannot multiplex to MPEG1. As a final product I would like to have mpeg2 image file with vcd header.
Any suggestions ?
I tried to download vcd header plugin but there is no usable file.
