I finally finished reencoding my video and remuxed it in Ifoedit using "dvd authoring". I chose the the video stream and audio stream to be in the dvd. It all came out fine but the finished authoring didnt have the "vts_01_0" vob or the menus. It didnt have the "vts_ts" clip either. Ifoedit also shows that the vts01 ifo had only 1 title.

Was I suppose to reencode the menu (vts01_0) with the other vobs?

First of all, you'll have better responses if you post in the appropriate forum. The past two threads you've put out here in the newbies section has been IfoEdit related since you are authoring with IFOedit. I so happen to cruise here often to offer help. Usually, the moderators here are good to move the thread to the right forum.

With that said, your problem is not a problem. When you author using IFOedit, you are not suppose to retain your menus. Read the second sentence of this authoring guide (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/ifoedit-dvdauthor.htm).

So to answer your question...no.

BTW, were you succesful with my cheat sheet? If so, was the video quality within your standards?

Sorry about that.

Anyways, I should have RTFM to know what I really wanted to do. I got some good people here who steered me in an easier direction to achieve the same goal.

Thanks all
