Audio Probs....??

ive got three files i downloaded together.

Video was encoded with divx5.1 and audio is ac-3v.70b.

media player/winDVD REFUSE to open them, and DivXPlayer will open the video but no audio. Using Gspot, it says i have neither video or audio codecs installed and ive uninstalled/reinstalled them both.

what gives? any help is greatly appreciated!
