I try to rip Chicago but i have this problem

My DVD have 2 Audio Stream

ITALIAN and ENGLISH

in the italian audio stream somes sequences are in english.

In the original DVD is present only one ITALIAN subtitles Stream and whens start the english sequences (if the subtitles are off) the italian subtitle start and stop automatically.

Where can i see the id of forced subttile in my IFO files ?

By "ID" are you expecting a single stream of forced only? That's not the way it's done. There is one subtitle stream for a given language. Now, if there are subs that are to be forced on (turned on regardless if you have subs turned on or not), each individual sub that is to be this way will have a "forced" flag set on it so that it will be displayed. There is a lot of information on forced subtitles both here on the forum as well as my "UberGuide" found at the link in my signature. Go through the flowchart to the section on forced subtitles.

Depending on how you are backing up (e.g. if you are doing a movie-only backup), you could just extract the forced subtitles using vsrip/vsconv and create a separate stream for them.

This is quite common on retail region 4 DVDs anyway, e.g. for LOTR, there are 2 english subtitle streams. One contains english subs for the whole movie, the other contains just the elvish translations. When doing my movie-only backup I set the DVD to start with the elvish-only subtitles selected by default (as the retail DVD did as well). IMO it's easier than fiddling round with forced subs. Other DVDs like The Bourne Identity and A Beautiful Mind also have such streams.

In your case it most likely isn't appropriate (especially given the multiple language audio streams), but mentioned it just in case...
