Help... can't get color in movie..

Trying to play a' avi movie , but the movie is black .. i have the sound but no picture... if I try a' .mpg movie it's working great ..I have a Geforce4 440 Go with the latest driver from Nvidia. I installed codecs from Nimo 50.. I dont know what to do.. plz help me out.

I installed codecs from Nimo 50 Big mistake. Those packs causes nothing but troubles. If somebody tells you to install some codec pack never believe him/her.

It depends what player and OS you're using but first install ffdshow.
Go to codecs, enable "use overlay mixer". This might help :)

Before you do anything uninstall Nimo Pack. If you're lucky it didn't mess up you registery too bad.

ok.. i'm using ZoomPlayer and win 2000 server.. u said Codecs.. where do I find that.. in zoomplayer ?

I am not a Zoomplayer user myself but you might be able to enable overlay mixer in player options.

What i meant is go to ffdshow Configuration and to Codecs.
Remember first get rid of that pack and install latest ffdshow.
