of coarse you can, just remember that minidvd's are not that compatible with standalone dvd players. You could try to use DVDShrink to reauthor the extras and the output files you feed to DVD2SVCD and then put it on a cd as a SVCD. Almost same quality and more compatible with dvd players.

DVD2SVCD is pretty easy itself to use or am I not understanding your question?
