Cutting MPG2

Hi,

I use to record TV on my PC. I get MPEG2 Video and MPEG2 Audio merged in one mpg file. I need some tool to cut my video: Cut out the ads, for example. I do NOT want to re-encode (this would be way to slow), but get the same mpg2 as I recorded - except for the parts I want to cut out :)

TMPGEnc also has an mpeg cutter/joiner in it's Mpeg tools.
There's another one around called ChopperXP, but I don't have any experience with it.
