The guides wonderfully explaine how to convert ac3 files to mp3 etc. but how do I open the HeadAC3he-0.23.rar file I downloaded?

I did but did not get much.

Now I guess I need WinRAR to open HeadAC3he.rar Humm to much hassle.

Maybe BeSweet is better...
