DVD Done with IC8, cant read on a Xbox but play on Standalone

Good Morning,

Backup DVD with IC8 (Movie only + Menu), try to burn with IC8 or DVDDecrypter. But no one will play on my Xbox but they play on my standalone dvd player.

Backups done with IC7 (Full movie) work on my Xbox.

Is there anybody who have the same problem and resolve it ?

It might be the disks you are using. Some brands just don't well with certain players. This stuff happens all the time with DVD-R.

Xbox's are real finicky about how the disks are burned. Perhaps they changed the method in IC8. Personally, I burn all my disks in Recordnow MAX and get 100% compatability on every player I have. You might want consider going this route.

On the flip side, I battled with the XBox for a long time with Nero and some other burning software before I stumbled across RNM. IMO the Xbox is the most finicky standalone Ive ever come in contact with.
