DVD2SVCD+CCE2.50 how to change luma level?

Is there any simple way to change the luminance level of CCE 2.50 to "16 to 235" from DVD2SVCD?
You know, wiht TMPGEnc you can change this option enabling "Output YUV data as Basic YCbCr not CCIR601", but I don't know how to do it with CCE 2.50

I tried stopping DVD2SVCD and changing the .ecl file (lum=0) but when I recover and continue "Video encoding" the file is saved again with the old values.

Your post should be in the basic section and you did not mention the version of Dvd2svcd you were using.

Upgrade to the current version and then run CCE 2.50 manually. Under template click on standard so that a checkmark is placed on it. Then click again on standard which will bring up the template editor. Select the settings you want to use, change the name of the template and then click "add".

Then when encoding in D2S, just select that template in the advanced settings dropdown box. Check "use CCE template" and select the template you want to use with your settings.
