Can CCE 2.50 matrix be changed to the KVCD or other matrix?

i ever use the kvcd notch matrix(Kwag tweak) with CCE 2.50 or 2.66:

jorel, how would you be using it in 2.50? If memory serves me, the only way to do that is to hard patch it in CCE 2.50 as the matrix tab is not available when 2.50 is chosen in the file path. Also, even when hard patched, I think it was doubful if it really did anything in 2.50.
