I have searched for this and didnt get any results.
I need to use vcdxbuild in command prompt but i dont know the commands. I have 1 svcd format mpeg that i wish to create bin and cue. I also have the .xml file that dvd2svcd makes for the chapters. Can anyone give me a web site or help me with this?

Try vcdxbuild -? for usage information (try vcdxbuild svcd.xml for a start). The xml doesn't only contain the chapter info, but describes the structure of your VCD (navigation etc.)
BTW, there is an excellent manual included in the vcdimager directory :) ... homepage is www.vcdimager.org (momentarily closed in protest against software patents).

NB: In case you prefer a GUI for this, try VCDEasy to load your xml & create the image.
