I'm a correct by saying that the program itself is free, but you have to pay (register) for technical support?

The status of the program is shareware and the trial perod is 30 days.

But actually after this period Alparysoft VideoLock does not lose any of its functionality. It operates as before but there is a splash screen "politely" reminding the owner about the registration. :-)
All technical questions can be mailed to techsupport@alparysoft.com. The registered users will be given special attention - discounts for the next versions, quick assistance, etc.

As a matter of fact, we are most interested in the way it works on various computers and cameras and would appreciate users' comments.
