Sorry that I ask this totally off-topic question, but I didn't know where else to ask :)
I need an e-mail-client for work, where you can use one mail-folder somewhere in the network with several machines, so that several people can answer mails, and label the mail as done then, so the mail doesn't get answered twice or more often.
We are using Mozilla-Mail at the moment, and unfortunately it isn't possibly with that - you can specify the network-folder of course, and even can see the subjects, change the labeling, but you cannot open any mails.
I tried Columba, a very nice Java-client (http://columba.sourceforge.net/), but unfortunately it didn't work either, you cannot select the path to your mailbox at the moment, it is always in "documents and settings". So I tried to link from the standard-columba-folder to the network-mailbox, but the links weren't accepted as files...
So I'm stuck...
Does anybody know an e-mail-client or a possibility how you can use one folder from several machines?
