Muxing & Cutting

[krunch]

I'm using dvd2svcd var 1.2.1 b2
and it was working all good till it got to the muxing and cutting
I get this

bbMPEG - error
Input file E:\sVCD\TitlePicture.bmp.mpv was not found.

is there a reason this file was'nt created ?
and how do I go about fixing this
