I thought this program would be easy...so far I've done like a million things, and It still crashes with CCE SP 2.67

What should I do?
Sounds like I need a pentium????

The problem can be simply fixed by this:
right click on the exe of eclcee
and choose compatability windows 98/se

saying Cinema craft encoder!!!

I have no ideas. I take it that you have no problems running CCE 2.67 directly.

If that's the case, then there must be an issue with the way DVD2SVCD and CCE are working together om your machine. You might ask in the DVD2SVCD forum (after reading all the stickies there and doing a search for similar posts).
