I've got interlaced material and I want to apply C3D, So I'm wondering if this filter is designed for this because from what other peple told me if it's not then it'll smoth odd and even lines together.

Here's a recent thread addressing the same topic started by...erm...you.

What's the point of starting another thread?

Well, in the previous thread I was asking about how to use C3D with field based material. I didn't know that filters needed to be designed to handle this kind of source material.

So I need to ask even more basic question, is C3D designed for interlaced video. SO that's why I started a new thread.

No, it is not. It also isn't motion-compensated so the trembling image in field-separated clips might get reduced through 3D smoothing, causing a vertically blurred image.
