Hi,

couldn't find an answer with the search button.
I am making some tutorials for people I know, and reading isn't their best part. So I do all appropriate actions on screen and save the ouput of my actions to an avi file. I have done this with SnagIt which is a professional screen capture program, which lets you capture video of movements performed on your desktop and if you want you can also simultaneously capture sound. But my problem is the following. If I run this avi file through DVD2SVCD the output is not like on my desktop screen. The icons are hardly recognizable. The background picture is gone and turned black. It is somehow flickering, the mouse movements are very ackward and on and on. I have tried to set the template of CCE SP trial version 2.67.00.11 to computer graphics but nothing changed. If i run the avi normal in windows it plays fine. The icons are visible, the screen is not distorted. Colors match. I get the same problem using Tmpgenc.

is there somehow a setting I overlooked? If someone could help me out, I will be pleased.
