I need this calculator

I need a calculator which will tell me when to cut a SVCD or AVI file. Like at what frame number and time. I have this 800 mb file that I need to cut to 700 mb and 100 mb. I can do it manually, but it would take to long.

why don't you just demux the mpg, and remux using bbmpeg? using bbmpeg you can specify at which point you want to split.. just enter 700mb and it'll turn your separated audio and video into a 700mb mpg and a 100mb one just like you want. I don't think there's any calculator telling you at which frame to cut.. the tools I know rely on bbmpeg to make the split at the proper position.
