Complete Removal Of A Button

I am working on the pal version of superman special edition i have stripped audio and subtitle tracks and just left the english ones also copyright warnings and logo screeens so i am just left with the main movie & its menu (stripped the french menu and just left the english one) but in the menu there is a button called languages where you can select audio or subtitle streams now i have stripped the vob id related to this button so if you try and select it now it just loops back to the main menu.

But my question is can i completely remove this button so it isnt there anymore ?

Go download MenuEdit (http://menuedit.dimad.net/home.html). Your problem will be solved.

I have a copy of menu edit and it works great, but what i meant was is there any way to physicaly remove the button from the menu so it is not there anymore.
