APE (Monkey Audio) DirectShow Filter

Incedible! That came out of left field. Thanks a lot. ^_^

One issue, when an APE is on repeat in Media Player Classic, it brings the system to a standstill for a couple seconds when the track is restarting.

Edit: It appears this system standstill occurs regardless of repeat at the end of every APE (3.97) file.
