No free space in input buffer?

My problem, is when running IfoEdit for the second time (authoring the DVD) I get 3 errors (one after another) when I reach 96%...

1. INTERNAL ERROR - Additional free spce required but no free space
in buffer.

2. INTERNAL ERROR - Input buffer stream too small
Please inform Derrow

3. Runtime error - Program C:\DVDprograms\IFOedit\IfoEdit.exe
Abnormal program termination

And then Back-to-desktop...

Is this a known/fixable problem?

384mb PC800 RDram
80Gb HardDrive (~15gb free)
Windows XP home
