DVD2SVCD produces no svcd

I followed the DVD2SVCD and the program starts to run,
then, it says
- Video Encoding using Cinema Craft
------------------------------------

Executing Frameserver.



after that, the VFAPI Reader codec v1.04 Beta opens with
two avi files (title picture and change picture) and stays there.
It doest do anything else, nor does it output any MPEG

If I try to recover, when it reaches the frmanservee, the same happens.

Do you have "safe mode(frameserving)" checked in the Encoder tab?

If you do uncheck it and give it another go.
