Converting/Editing Real media .rm .ram files

Hi all there,
I have some good songs in Real's .rm and .ram format. Some have video also so they need editing so as to get only the audio.
I simply want to make an audio cd but Nero doesn't accept them. I tried Real One Player to burn cd but it does not accept .ram files.
What can I do? How can I edit them and make them .wav or .avi to burn them?
