IC hangs at 0 precent on menu encoding

Has anyone experienced IC hanging during the menu encoding process? I have 2 hard drive rips of my Star Trek TNG - Season 2. Discs 4 and 5 are the problem ones.

It does the precalculation routine, then goes to start encoding the menu. It says reading menu but the progress bar stays at 0 percent.

Here is what I tried:

- both encode fine with DVD Shrink
- tried reinstall of IC
- tried files on another machine with another IC install
- tried IC 8.0

Have you tried bringing them in mounted with Daemon Tools versus bringing them in via file mode?

I did the STNG with no problem using IC....One thing I do with all my Movies is I always keep my menus at 100%. Maybe you should try not compressing the menu.
