After ripping the DVD, I created DVD2AVI file, I haven't used the Force Film option (I'm in Europe, the DVD is PAL (25fps))-
1. How can I set 23,976 framerate? In Gknot, I choose Input Resolution: other..... 720x576 , because down in Frames it says: Framerate: Please note that it changes automatically if you click PAL or NTSC in "Input Resolution". Logically, right? :)
But, after the encoding is completed, the framerate is 25.000fps!
Help. :(

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do. 23.976fps is an NTSC frame rate, not a PAL frame rate. See this tutorial (www.doom9.org/ivtc-tut.htm) for more information.
(In addition, you might want to edit your post's subject. "Couple of questions" is a poor title, and probably won't get you all the readers you desire. See Rule 9.)

Hi-
To adjust the framerate to 23.976fps, just edit the .avs and add this line:
AssumeFPS(23.976)
But I, like jggimi, don't quite understand why you would want to do this. In addition, it'll throw the audio off and make it asynch, so you'll have to adjust the audio length. Probably more trouble than it's worth.
There are other ways to do it involving dropping or blending frames which don't require an audio adjustment. But in my opinion, they just mess up the video. Here's more information:
