The DVD Movie? Never heard of that. And I think most movies released on DVD are copyrighted (and even those that aren't, I guess the company distributing it has some kind of rights to their work.. scanning the film stock, compression, creating the menus) and you're not supposed to even ask for them (see forum rule 6).
